Tristan asked if he would continue his mission to find the vampires. The people also talked about the message sent by Supremo to Malia. Tristan crosses paths with the fortune teller he once encountered in the concert. Malia apologizes about the scars on Jake's back.
Malia asks for a chance to redeem herself to Frederick. Meanwhile, Tristan finds a partner which reinforces his beliefs and that will help him learn more about vampires. Jake was beaten because of his careless actions with Malia.
Malia and Tristan felt more power in their midst when they held their hands. Sandrino was overwhelmed with anger as he learned that Jethro's prophecy was likely to be fulfilled. After leaving Malia, Jake finds himself in trouble as vampires chase after him. As Malia and Tristan hold hands, Jethro receives the same prophecy about a cursed vampire's defeat.
Malia gets emotional as she pays a visit to Lia's grave a visit. After, Malia climbs in Tristan's jeepney where Tristan finds an injured Malia. They did not know they went to an EDM party where the vampires were scattered.
The vampires have become more liberated in the people's world, so their numbers are increasing. Jake comforts a dispirited Malia who escaped out of their camp with his help and taught her where to find the tomb of Lia. Malia goes to her mother's grave alone.
The night has come for La Liga Unida and Malia, her 21st birthday where her real power will come out. But Malia fails to channel her supernatural powers during the ritual. Frederick orders Gael and Miguel to fight Malia, hoping that it will force her supernatural powers to surface. Tristan is doubting that vampires are real and what killed his father.
Malia has mixed feeling of pressure and forebode in her upcoming 21st birthday, as it is the time for her real power as the chosen one to appear. To prepare, Malia resolves to fulfill the prophecy as she begins her training. Malia and Jake face off as they reach the final match. In her hands also lies the freedom of both werewolves and vampires. Apple tells Tristan that she wants to study in Manila.
Despite being defeated by Supremo, the hopes of La Liga Unida were renewed when they met the chosen one, Malia. Tristan also promoted himself to vengeance against the vampires, the reason why his father died. 14 years after, Tristan and Malia are now grown ups. Tristan fights the group of robbers to recover the bag containing his cashbox. Malia grows up to be a skillful hunter.
Tristan's father, Tonio, is killed by vampires as he sacrificed himself for Tristan's safety. Mateo made a weighty decision when they met Sandrino which is to become a vampire again. Lia also risked her own life in exchange for the safety of Malia. The Luna, werewolves, and vampires protecting Malia are all killed by Sandrino and his forces including Clarisse, Benjie, and others. Malia was able to escape under Baristo's protection. Using his power of illusion, Sandrino manages to deal a devastating blow on Mateo and Lia, leading to them both dying while holding hands.
Threat arises to those with wolf blood when Sandrino initiated the search for the daughter of Mateo and Lia. Sandrino and his forces eliminate a pack of werewolves and kidnap a seven-year-old girl, as a threat to La Liga Unida for not revealing Mateo and Lia's location. Tristan crosses paths with two people of pale skin color and bloodshot eyes.
Jethro's prophecy sends La Liga Unida into a frenzy. Despite the threat of losing command once Lia and Mateo return to the council, Frederick vows to protect Malia at all costs. Meanwhile, Jethro searches for the former leader of the Lunas, Tonio, upon realizing that the soldier's child plays a role in the prophecy. However, Jethro soon comes face-to-face with Malia's destined adversary, Sandrino. Aware that the child of the strongest vampire and the chosen werewolf will spell his demise, Sandrino becomes hell-bent on killing Malia.
Lia and Mateo are happy to finally gain their freedom as mortals on the night of the solar eclipse. With their former leaders completely losing their powers, La Liga Unida elects Frederick as its new commander. Unknown to Frederick, however, Sandrino and his coven of rebel vampires are brewing up a plan to destroy the council. Meanwhile, Malia crosses paths with Tristan. As the two shake hands, the La Liga Unida's seer, Jethro, receives a premonition about the young children's fate.
After turning into mortals, Mateo and Lia live a peaceful life with their lovely daughter Malia. Under Frederick's leadership, La Liga Unida holds a steady alliance between former rivals: werewolves and vampires. However, La Liga Unida learns that a group of rebel vampires is wreaking havoc among humans, threatening to expose the existence of supernaturnal beings in the modern world.
