Bing and Flop are in the park when they see Pando playing on a skateboard. Bing is feeling jealous as he watches Pando skate up and down.

Bing wants to make a big picture, so Flop finds him some chalks to draw on the pavement. Bing draws some stripy, spotty, zig-zag dinosaur but just as Bing finishes, the rain washes the dinosaur away.
