The man manages to enter a consulate, leading to a diplomatic incident. The detectives do everything they can to apprehend the criminal.

A failed ATM bombing by two young criminals leads to a gang war in Rotterdam's Turkish underworld, resulting in the deaths of the leaders of two rival gangs. The investigation in the Turkish community proves difficult, but the dead men turn out to have more in common than initially assumed. Hein Berg has taken over the files of public prosecutor Kiki Ruijters and has to deal with Charlie, a young policewoman who has infiltrated a youth gang. The gang is also involved in stalking Saskia, Stan's girlfriend.
