Derrick travels to Long Beach, California to help the Wackerman-Nulty family and their new puppy, Colby. Colby was born with a front limb deformity called ectrodactyly. Derrick will try to make Colby a custom prosthetic to help get him on his feet.

Derrick travels to a farm hidden amongst the lights of Las Vegas to help an alpaca who was born with front limb deformities. Debbie's legs will continue to break down unless Derrick can build custom braces to stabilize and correct her legs.
