Hundreds of people (and maybe even more) are angry with Basic-Fit by René Moos. Their complaints are about, for example, unjustified depreciation or contracts that simply continue, but they all have one thing in common: the poor customer service. It is almost impossible to contact Basic-Fit in a normal way. Several anonymous employees also report to us and confirm this. And Basic-Fit? They don't really believe it all that much.
