Just like most people, Kardea Brown's refrigerator fills up random veggies, fruits and other bits of recipes she has made. So before anything spoils, Kardea gets creative and makes a cheesy Lasagna Dip with leftover meats and cheeses, Grilled Eggplant Bruschetta with a lonely eggplant, Grilled Veggies with Collard Green Pesto and a refreshing Red Wine Mixed-Berry Granita made with leftover red wine and berries.

One thing Kardea Brown absolutely loves about game day is the food! She invites a few of her friends over for a pregame with Oven Roasted Carolina BBQ Chicken Wings, Turkey Sliders with Onion Jam, Mini 8-Layer Dip and Chips and, for a sweet finish, Crunchy Peanut and Pistachio Caramel Popcorn.
