Three people are dead and a suspect is in custody, according to police, after a shooting in a parking lot outside of a Target store in Austin. Authorities say the suspected gunman stole two vehicles while trying to flee. NBC News' Priscilla Thompson reports. Sources tell NBC News the White House considered including Ukraine's President Zelenskyy in Friday's high-stakes meeting with Trump and Putin, but Trump today announced Zelenskyy "wasn't a part of it". Two wildfires caused by lightning strikes were burning out of control in northwest Colorado on Sunday, forcing evacuations that included nearly 200 inmates at a nearby prison.
