Officials say 28-year-old U.S. Army Sergeant Quornelius Radford opened fire with a personal handgun at his place of work, shooting five soldiers who were later rushed to the hospital. All soldiers are expected to make a full recovery according to Fort Stewart authorities. NBC's Priya Sridhar reports. Police say a bomb threat was made at a hotel near Chicago. Dozens of democratic lawmakers from Texas have been staying there since they fled the state to stall a Republican plan to redraw congressional districts. Lawmakers say they are undeterred by the threat. NBC News' Ryan Chandler reports.
