The President is praising the billions of dollars the tariffs are bringing in, but U.S. businesses are feeling the impact and in many cases, raising prices. NBC News Garrett Haake reports. The chopper crew is believed to have been working on power lines when it crashed into one of them and then hit the barge below. A gunman opened fire in Atlanta on Friday afternoon near the campuses of both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Emory University, killing a police officer who was responding to calls of an active shooter, officials said. NBC News' Priya Sridhar reports from Atlanta. Israel is facing growing backlash from Arab states and European allies after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced a plan for Israel's military to take over Gaza. It comes as Palestinians in the enclave face a series of deadly incidents involving airdrops for food aid. NBC News' Molly Hunter has the latest. In some states, autonomous farming equipment is put to work on farms, doing things like spreading fertilizer or getting rid of insects. But in California, these robots aren't allowed to operate on their own. State safety regulators say operators have to be at the controls, with few exceptions. But farmers say that hurts their business and could impact food prices for the rest of the country. NBC Bay Area's Bigad Shaban has a closer look. Detroit Lions safety Morice Norris was taken off the field in an ambulance after suffering an injury in the team's preseason matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The Lions and Falcons agreed to suspend the game in solidarity with Norris, and the Lions now say his condition is "stable." NBC News' Dana Griffin has more.  Baseball umpire Jen Pawol made history on Saturday, when she became the first woman to umpire an MLB game during a matchup between the Atlanta Braves and Miami Marlins. At Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida, Teri Aldred-Locci has been dressing up in costume as a different character every Friday for the last eight years. With about 300 costumes in her wardrobe, Teri says her goal is to spread cheer and turn frowns upside down for parents and children who need it most. NBC News' George Solis has the story.
