According to an arrest affidavit, maintenance worker Sterling Williams admitted to turning off water in a jail cell, which enabled ten inmates to escape through the wall. Williams told investigators one of the fugitives had threatened to "shank" him if he did not comply. NBC News' Ryan Chandler reports four of the inmates have been recaptured, and there is an urgent search underway for the other six. In hard hit Kentucky, there are mandatory evacuations as new storm threats bear down on the region. As many as nine states face the possibility of tornadoes. An innovative program in Bentonville, Arkansas is building housing specifically designed for public school employees who can't afford to buy homes in the very community where they work.
