Communities in several states today are cleaning up after 13 tornado reports in four states yesterday. The threat isn't over for many after an already brutal season. More severe storms could hit parts of Missouri and Arkansas. NBC News' Priya Sridhar reports from Alabama. Top holders of the $TRUMP coin are set to attend a dinner with President Trump, raising questions over the money spent to gain access. The White House says Trump is abiding by all conflict of interest laws. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. President Trump accused South Africa's president of not doing enough to protect white farmers from racial persecution. Veteran astronaut Don Pettit most recently spent five months in space and captured remarkable images. He's taken nearly a million images and says they are a vivid display of beauty. Pettit has taken photographs of comets, the northern lights and more. NBC News' Lester Holt reports on his view from space.

According to an arrest affidavit, maintenance worker Sterling Williams admitted to turning off water in a jail cell, which enabled ten inmates to escape through the wall. Williams told investigators one of the fugitives had threatened to "shank" him if he did not comply. NBC News' Ryan Chandler reports four of the inmates have been recaptured, and there is an urgent search underway for the other six. In hard hit Kentucky, there are mandatory evacuations as new storm threats bear down on the region. As many as nine states face the possibility of tornadoes. NBC News' Kathy Park reports from the storm zone. An innovative program in Bentonville, Arkansas is building housing specifically designed for public school employees who can't afford to buy homes in the very community where they work. NBC News' George Solis reports. Regina Ventura, the mother of Sean Combs' former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, testified she took pictures of bruises on her daughter's body. NBC News' Chloe Melas reports the jury also heard from Combs' former assistant and an escort who said he participated in so-called "freak offs." New Jersey Rep. LaMonica McIver was charged with assault after a scuffle with ICE agents outside a detention center. DOJ prosecutors say McIver hit agents trying to make an arrest. McIver said she did nothing wrong and the charges are political intimidation. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. He was known simply as "Norm" in the bar where everybody knows your name. Tonight, fans and co-stars are remembering the name George Wendt, the actor whose one-liners kept millions laughing for years. NBC News' Morgan Chesky reports. The House passed sweeping legislation that delivered on a number of President Trump's campaign promises. But, some Senate Republicans have indicated they may not support it. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports. President Trump's Make America Healthy Again commission released a long-awaited report about the health of children in the United States. It pointed to four major causes of chronic health issues: ultra-processed foods, environmental toxins, sedentary lifestyles and the overprescribing of medicine. NBC News' Tom Llamas spoke with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The Trump administration is escalating its battle with Harvard University, blocking the university from enrolling international students. More than 6,700 currently enrolled foreign students would need to transfer or lose their legal status. In a statement today, Harvard called the government's action 'unlawful.' NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. Two Israeli embassy staffers were shot and killed outside the Capitol Jewish Museum by a gunman who chanted ‘Free Palestine.' The FBI called it an act of terror. The two victims were planning on getting engaged. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports and NBC News' Tom Winter with more on the investigation. Authorities say overnight two people died and eight were injured after a private Cessna jet crashed into a California neighborhood. At least 100 residents were evacuated after the crash. Investigators are at the site, working to determine the cause of the crash. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports from the scene. Grammy-winning musician Kid Cudi testified in the trial of Sean ‘Diddy' Combs, offering testimony about his time dating Cassie Ventura and subsequent interactions with Combs.
