On the opener, one of Calucci's employees blows his stack and walks out to seek a better life as a snow-cone vendor. Calucci thinks he's crazy at first but after some thought begins to understand. By the time the poor chap returns after his business melts, Calucci wants to be free of his bureaucratic ties as well.
