On the Norfolk Broads, Nick has changed his life from inner-city London teaching assistant to canoe builder, while in Devon, Sophie meets Yvette, who has changed her own life as well as the lives of countless girls and women by setting up a female inclusive surf school in the seaside village of Croyde. Sophie also spends time with Antonio, who lives a nomadic lifestyle after deciding to escape the stresses of a life working and playing too hard in the city.
