James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning.

He's joined by singer Billy Ocean and chefs Stephen Terry and Daniel Clifford as he serves up barbecued aubergine, a spiced pineapple tarte tatin, sole Veronique and a Masterclass in Hollandaise sauce.
