This week, James is joined by singers Beverley Knight and Roachford and, with a little help from chefs Lenny Carr-Roberts and Lesley Waters, he'll be cooking red mullet, mussels and salmon, giving you a masterclass in batters and heading to Edinburgh on another food adventure.

James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning serving up a feast of food and entertainment with his guest Rob Rinder. Joining James at the house are chefs Kuba Winkowski and Galton Blackiston and together they'll be sharing recipes for sweet and sour chicken, seafood biryani, trout, pork stew and whisky meringue, and giving you a masterclass in fudge.
