James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning where he's serving up a feast of fantastic food for actress Catherine Tyldesley, who'll be discussing her new ITV drama Viewpoint.

There'll be recipes for seabass, chicken and potato cakes, there's a Mother's Day inspired Masterclass and chefs Atul Kochhar and Francesco Mazzei will be serving up some dishes of their own. 

James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning, where he's serving up a feast of watercress soup and pork fillet for adventurer, presenter and author Ray Mears.

There's also a Masterclass in choux pastry, a food adventure to Lyon and fantastic recipes to try at home from chefs Tommy Banks and Paul Ainsworth.
