James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning, where he's serving up a feast of fantastic food for This Morning's resident medic Dr Ranj Singh.

There'll be recipes for risotto, lemon sole, salmon en croute and rhubarb crumble cake, and chefs Sat Bains and Bettina Campolucci Bordi will be dropping by with some delicious dishes of their own.
