James is back in the kitchen and is joined by former Britain's Got Talent winner Paul Potts - there'll be recipes for clams, wild boar sausages and Korean fish burgers, plus dishes from chefs Jose Pizarro and Santiago Lastra.

James is joined by singer-songwriter Freya Ridings, who will be tucking into plaice meunière and a gateau St-Honoré, and there are recipes from chefs Dipna Anand and Tony Tobin.
