It's the final leg of the journey, and the group must tackle a chilling night trek before reaching the finish line. A bombshell rule change throws everything up in the air. With the ultimate temptation standing between them and the end of their expedition, will they risk everything?
The prize fund has taken some hits, and much of the group aren't happy. But will the bad feeling stop any of them spending more cash on doughnuts and a trip to a cocktail bar?
The trekkers are now past the halfway point of their arduous journey, and fatigue is setting in. The chance to cut loose and enjoy themselves with a party in the woods and a silent disco may prove hard to resist.
Some of the trekkers are becoming more and more swayed towards alienating the rest of the group and splurging some of the prize money on home comforts. Can they resist sugary sweetness and an evening in a living room that reminds them of everything back home?
The journey continues, and alliances are starting to form within the group. With the gruelling trek starting to take its toll on the 12 Brits' bodies and morale, the temptations are becoming a lot harder to resist, as each enticing offering gets placed quite literally in their path. Will the thought of a hot shower be too hard to resist?
Paddy McGuinness challenges a group of 12 strangers to make a gruelling trek across 18 miles of the South African wilderness - and resist a series of temptations along the way. The party starts out with a prize fund of £300,000 to be shared at the end of the journey, but each time one of them cracks, the money goes down.
In this bumper second run, a brand-new batch of contestants will be dropped into a tropical jungle location to take part in the ultimate test of willpower and honesty. Spending a number of days out in the wild, they will be provided with only basic rations and survival gear. Though the real test is not survival, it's avoiding the numerous temptations thrown at them that could turn their insect-ridden jungle stay into the luxurious tropical trip of a lifetime.
A substantial cash prize is up for grabs, but for each of the group to take home their full share, they must all resist the temptation to spend any of it on luxuries along the way. But while some are there for the chance to win a life-changing sum, others are just there for a good time and are happy to fritter the prize fund on lovely treats and extravagances. Will the bonds that form between the contestants convince some to refrain from spending? Will contestants come clean to the rest of the group if they give in to temptation? And will there be any of the prize money be left by the end of the adventure?
