Chart-topping performers descending on Toronto for THE 2017 IHEARTRADIO MMVAs include: Arkells, DNCE, Iggy Azalea, Imagine Dragons, Jazz Cartier, Julia Michaels, Lorde, Niall Horan, and Post Malone.
