Amy is forced to have an emergency C-Section due to a sudden complication. Her daughter is delivered first, but her son is taken to intensive care. The shock of parenting twins comes hard and fast for Amy and Bill.

Amy and Billy prepare for the twins' arrival by setting up car seats, assembling buggies and packing the hospital bag. Amy goes into labour but finds herself rushed into theatre.
