Ira works at the MFC, considers this place to be hell on earth, and is barely able to serve pensioners, mothers with children, and emigrants on Monday mornings. Ira has a boring boyfriend named Sergey. He is a screenwriter for TV series on state-owned channels, but he himself loves author's dramas, which do not even have subtitles in cinemas.
