Mrs. Stohler wants her husband to buy land she thinks the universiity will eventually need—and pay handsomely. Meanwhile, the guys land a job painting a hardware store, and Dave's treasured bicycle is stolen. 

Moocher (Jackie Earle Haley) asks Nancy (Shelby Brammer) to move in with him; Mike (Tom Wiggin) readies for a drag race with a collegian; and Dave's friendship with a coed may blossom into a romance. 

Four high-school buddies in a small college town find unity and fun in combating the visiting university students.
