Chef Belkovich is on the menu today: exotic oriental hotballs with tuna, tomato cutlets "Domatokeftedes", fragrant Georgian chicken soup chikhirtma, and for dessert — "curly" cookies.

Summer has already begun to wane, and only recipes from the chef will never end! In this issue, we are preparing a savory salad with lightly salted salmon and horseradish dressing, lazy baked cabbage rolls, hearty oriental rice tyakhan with chicken and egg, and an excellent apricot biscuit with thyme.
