We dilute the usual daily menu with exotic and freshness with Alexander Belkovich. Together with the chef, we cook cottage cheese donuts with strawberry sauce, tomato and strawberry gazpacho with basil curd cheese ice cream, chicken legs in Chinese and smoke.

Summer is in full swing, which means it's time to collect seasonal vegetables and fruits and cook the most delicious dishes from them. Today, together with the chef, we are making zucchini lasagna, burgers with brie cheese and caramelized peach, grilled flounder with a Mediterranean salad, and for dessert — chocolate meringue roll with cherries.
