In the renowned Margaret River region, he mixes gnomes, truffles and a special Bill Bailey Shiraz into a comedic cocktail of mischief.

Bill heads to Western Australia's Ningaloo Coast to experience the epic scale of the Australian outback, including The Pinnacles, stromatolites and the celebrated Pink Lakes, as well as encountering wild emus.
