With both hotels lacking amenities, Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt are taking the competition outdoors, and they're spending big to create much needed outdoor lounge areas. And to boot, they're bringing in guest all-star designers!

Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt bring in new teammates to renovate the next space, which is the first and last impression of the hotel: the lobby, team Mika has no lobby and must build one from scratch, and they're looking to pull out a win.

In the extended premiere, Brian will welcome Bryan and Sarah Baeumler (Renovation Island, Battle on the Beach) while Mika will join Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin (Farmhouse Fixer, Farmhouse Fixer: Camp Revamp) to give new life to the standard and double guest rooms. The teams must infuse the spaces with much-needed modern features, functionality and storage, so Bryan and Sarah will employ their deep knowledge of the hospitality industry while Jonathan and Kristina will draw inspiration from their passion for older properties.
