Team captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell are joined by pop sensation Pixie Lott, Citizen Khan star Adil Ray, EastEnders actor and comedian Terry Alderton and Countryfile presenter Helen Skelton.

The series finale sees the captains take to the skies in a daredevil challenge, before one of them faces the dreaded loser's forfeit - firewalking.
