After Kyra passes her driving test and gets her license, Reba decides to get her a cellphone to track her with. However, it doesn't take long for Kyra to figure it out and switches phones with Cheyenne and when Reba finds out that Kyra's phone is at a bar, and she starts to panic.

Reba is thrown for a loop when Dolly Majors, the well-known owner of a local real estate company arrives early for a job interview. It doesn't take long for her to realize that Dolly is too cut throat for her liking.

When Jake's school is holding a pageant for grandmothers, he volunteers Reba be a participant. However, when Barbara Jean finds out about it, she guilt trips her way to take Reba's spot in it instead.

At the family's urging, Van agrees to meet with an agent to arrange better contract deals now that he has a football career. When he has Sadie stop by to meet the family, Van leaves out something rather important: she happens to be gay and promised her a date with Reba, despite the fact that Reba isn't gay as well.

Reba is put in the middle of Brock and Barbara Jean's marital troubles when Barbara Jean considers a divorce and claims Reba is her inspiration.
