Host Shaun Micallef is whisking comedians away from their everyday Aussie lives to embark on an epic odyssey. Comedian Dilruk Jayasinha travels home to Sri Lanka to explore how his upbringing amongst three different religions and his place in his family have shaped his life in Australia today.

Shaun takes comedian Lizzy Hoo on an origin odyssey, to figure out who is Lizzy Hoo - by ignoring the Malaysian Chinese side of her family, and instead exploring her Irish roots inherited from the person who is not a Hoo: her mother.

There are laughs a plenty as comedian and radio presenter Michael ‘Wippa' Wipfli travels to Switzerland with Shaun to understand more about his Swiss heritage. Wippa and Shaun make a series of surprising discoveries about Wippa's family history, including why his grandfather decided to leave the idyllic and peaceful surrounds of the Swiss Alps for Melbourne when he was just twenty years old. 

Shaun Micallef takes Aaron Chen to China on an origin odyssey. Together they explore the rich heritage of Aaron's father and the generations before him, uncovering stories and traditions.
