Rajiv makes up a fake holiday to get Todd out of the office so he can pretend he's managing the office in order to impress his future father-in-law. Elsewhere, Manmeet, Gupta and Madhuri seek help with a revenge plot.

Todd throws a costume party at the office as part of his attempt to explain Halloween to his coworkers. He also views the party as a good opportunity to get to know Asha, but his strategy hits a snag after Tonya unexpectedly makes a play for him.
