A romantic story about IT specialist Matvey, who decides to lose weight for the sake of love, and eventually begins to deal with himself and his life in an adult way. Matvey is a charming but insecure guy with excess weight. He lives with his mother, who is used to taking care of him as a little one, and works for a large IT company along with two of the same "quiet geniuses." Matvey has long been in love with Sveta, a bright beauty from his office who sees him as a good friend. One awkward attempt to take a step forward ends in rejection, and Matvey decides it's time to change. At the gym, he meets Yulia, a tough, straightforward coach who is used to achieving results and does not tolerate self—deception. But it's hard for Matvey to control himself, and Julia has a streak of problems in her life. At some point, they make a deal: Yulia becomes Matvey's personal trainer and nutritionist and moves in with him - but, of course, such a "reform" does not please her mother at all.
