The search for the country's 2017 culinary superstar continues. It's the final heats week, as six new chefs set out to prove they have what it takes to win the coveted title.
The quarter-final chefs are challenged to create something special from a table of citrus, herbs and spices, with only the four most impressive going through the next round. This sees them given 75 minutes to cook a main course and a dessert for restaurant critics William Sitwell, Tracey MacLeod and Jay Rayner. However, judges Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti will be the ones to decide who wins a place in knockout week.
