Тримайся, братику is a war drama. The plot follows two best friends, Alex and Nikolai, medical students at the start of a full-scale Russian invasion, as they try to find work at a military hospital. Along with a casual acquaintance, Sasha, they find themselves at a stabilization point in the east, near the front lines. Every day, the film's characters face death, undergo their own personal transformations, endure personal dramas, and expose traitors. This is a story about friendship, extreme adolescence, and true values.
