Cristóbal escapes from criminals threatening harm unless he operates on a drug lord. Meanwhile, Julia looks for a job to pay her way through school. After Santiago fails to put more romance into his relationship, Julia shares her loneliness with Cristóbal. Matías is arrested for taking drugs at a party. While Santiago is distracted by family problems, Cristóbal schedules the drug lord's surgery.

The police find a hidden camera in Cristóbal's apartment. Meanwhile, Santiago finds out that the drug gang is following Julia and has kidnapped and beaten Cristóbal. He finally agrees to operate on the drug lord, but a man bursts into the clinic and interrupts the procedure. And Matías's drug dealing inadvertently causes an innocent bullied girl to get in trouble.
