Ranma desperately attempts to recover Akane's lost memory. He even turns to Shampoo who promises to help... at a price.

Kasumi stops by while Dr. Tofu is tending Ranma's injuries.

After a big fight where Ranma is beaten up badly by Akane, Akane takes  him to Dr. Tofu's clinic.

Kuno has fallen in love with "The Pigtailed Girl" unaware of who the girl actually is. Kuno then entrusts Ranma to deliver a gift to the girl.

Tatewaki Kuno, Captain of the school's Kendo club, who is also in love with Akane challenges Ranma to a duel after he discovers that Ranma is Akane's fiancee.

Ranma transfers to Furinkan High School where Akane also attends. Much to Ranma's surprise, a group of athletes aggressively greet Akane at the school gate.

The head of the Tendo Dojo, Soun Tendo is ecstatic about the news that Ranma and his father, who have been training in the art of Kung Fu is returning to fulfill his promise to wed one of his daughters.
