When a 'man' is spotted glowing in a transparent tube, the story makes the papers leading Vincent to discover a corporation has made a deal with the Invaders.

Vincent is summoned to an army base where he uncovers a conspiracy concerning an Invader plot to hijack a nuclear weapon test and kill millions of innocents.
