When a centuries-old shipwreck is discovered in the depths off the coast of Copenhagen, historian Cecilie Nielsen sets out to discover what secrets the wreck holds. She closely follows the marine archaeologists from the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde, who are faced with one of their most spectacular tasks in years: excavating and salvaging the ship.
