Won, an anesthesiologist, loses his longtime partner, Fah, in a car accident and is wrongly accused of his murder. Overwhelmed by grief and despair, Won decides to end his life. But before losing consciousness, he encounters the Grim Reaper, Sepsawat, who looks exactly like his beloved Fah. Sepsawat refuses to let Won leave this world without his consent and supports him in his fight to prove his innocence.
