Former student council member Suzumi Mori and former vice president Shun Mochizuki appear in the clubroom and inform Nao and her friends that the literature club is in danger of being disbanded. As they work on cultural festival activities to prevent the club from being disbanded, flyers hinting at the existence of doppelgangers are scattered around the school.

The second day of the Seiryo Festival is the day when Nao, who is not usually on guard, attends school. Nao enjoys her first school festival with excitement and anticipation, from being made to wear a maid outfit to experiencing a haunted house with Aki. And then, just before the main stage performance, Nao learns about Suzumi's hidden past.
