By chance, during a scientific experiment, the dead can now communicate with the living via a device called Ethernel. David Novack, a former detective haunted by his wife's death, works in a new unit tasked with taking statements from victims after their deaths. A routine investigation will shatter his certainties, reawakening the ghosts of his own past.
