As part of the project, TV presenter Alexei Stolyarov experiences every stage of preparation for a space flight: parachute jumps, training in a pressure chamber, an isolation chamber, and a centrifuge with 3G overload, dives in a hydrolaboratory simulating a spacewalk, and many other tests that cosmonauts undergo before being sent to the ISS. Throughout the project, Stolyarov, who endured colossal physical and psychological stress, was accompanied by instructors from the Cosmonaut Training Center, while Roscosmos employees facilitated filming and shared expert commentary.
