Fred Sirieix heads to the Royal Madikwe Luxury Safari Lodge, in one of South Africa's largest private wildlife reserves. To understand what it really takes to deliver luxury hospitality in such a remote setting, Fred helps to prepare a traditional bush braai in the middle of the reserve and joining staff to transform an empty clearing into a magical dining experience beneath the stars with the animals.

In the first episode, he heads to Marrakech to stay at the Royal Mansour; an hotel commissioned by the King of Morocco. After breakfast in a hot air balloon and an exclusive off-the-radar luxury retreat in the Agafay Desert, he swaps life as a guest to take over as general manager for the day.
