Oleg, a medical student with dreams of becoming a doctor and plans to marry his childhood friend Nastya, suddenly faces a fateful event when Nastya accidentally causes someone's death. Despite the circumstances, out of love for her, he decides to take the blame so she can avoid imprisonment. Six years later, he is released from prison early, and discovers that his beloved is already married to another man. Oleg finds himself at a crossroads in his life, weighing between continuing to love and seeking revenge, staying and fighting for justice, or forgetting the past and starting over.
