Cesar Millan and his son, Andre, road trip to St. Louis, Missouri to help an organization with a dog that was recently rescued from a puppy mill and shows signs of anxiety and fear around people.

Cesar and Andre Millan head to Los Angeles where they visit two dogs rescued from the foreign dog meat trade. Then, the Millans work with Brutus, another dog rescued from an Asian slaughterhouse, who has aggression issues toward other male dogs — a symptom of being kenneled before his rescue. The goal is to get Brutus to behave better, thereby increasing his chances of finding a forever home.
