Rick ends his fifteen-season record-breaking run on CBC with a look back at some of the most memorable moments of his adventures across Canada from coast-to-coast-to-coast and with a final rant.

Rick visits Holy Names Catholic High School in Windsor, Ontario, winners of the 'Spread the Net' challenge.

Rick goes to North Bay, Ont., to learn how to fly a helicopter. Later, he checks out an engineering firm in Guelph, Ont., where buildings are tested in a wind tunnel.

Rick joins the dance troupe Maritime Bhangra in Halifax, and later goes to North Bay, Ont., to visit the Nipissing Trackers, who teach special-needs children how to ski.

Rick joins country singer Brett Kissel's national tour in London, Ont.; and later checks out the Viking exhibit at Toronto's Royal Ontario Museum with comedian Ron James.

Rick checks out the unique winter activities at The Forks in Winnipeg and heads to Toronto's Ryerson University School of Performance for singing, dancing and acting classes before taking the stage.

Rick checks in with athletes headed to another Winter Olympics including flag bearers Scott Moir and Tessa Virtue, Patrick Chan, Meghan Tandy, Kallie Humphries, Jessie Lumsden and more. He also chats with CBC Winter Olympics broadcaster Scott Russell.

Rick boards an ice-breaking vessel in Toronto Harbour and learns how to keep the shipping lanes open then visits the Interior Design Show to check out the latest from Canada's top designers

Rick is at Edmonton's Deep Freeze Byzantine Winter Festival where he races a deep freezer through city streets and gets some dance lessons. Later he checks out the action at the North American International Motorcycle Supershow in Mississauga, Ontario.

Rick goes to Cirque du Soleil headquarters in Montreal to see their show put together then heads to the University of Victoria to find out what it takes to become an opera singer.
