This week's competition is in Belfast, where our first host, food bank volunteer Donna, is planning to dazzle her guests with her thrifty menu, featuring a starter that's so whiffy it has to be cooked in the shed, a chicken and vegetable stir fry, and salted caramel bombe Alaska with caramelised brandy flame.
