Hosted by Carol Vorderman, more than 100 celebrities including Sir David Jason, astronaut Major Tim Peake, Amanda Holden, Dermot O'Leary, Paddy McGuinness, John Bishop, Rochelle Humes, Olly Murs, Kym Marsh and Ellie Goulding honour the amazing winners at the Grosvenor House in London's Park Lane.
