Marking 75 years since the Empire Windrush ship's arrival at Tilbury Docks, this documentary tells the story of the Windrush generation. Members share their stories with Trevor McDonald, Alesha Dixon, Mel B, Judi Love and HRH The Prince of Wales. They provide an insight into the experiences of the community of more than 500,000 who arrived in Britain between 1948 and 1971.

Carol Vorderman and Ashley Banjo host the annual award ceremony which honours and celebrates the nation's unsung heroes, featuring awe-inspiring stories of bravery, selflessness, phenomenal fundraising feats and plenty of surprises and emotional moments. Famous faces including Ant and Dec, David Beckham, Alison Hammond, Michael Sheen, Aitch, Holly Willoughby, Sir Trevor McDonald, Kathryn Ryan, James Arthur and Kieran Trippier will also be in attendance to pay tribute to ordinary members of the public who have done truly extraordinary things.
