The ten celebrities will attempt to stay off the radar and remain at large for two weeks as a new crack team of hunters try and hunt them down. With former police officers, intelligence, and army personnel hot on their tail and faces recognisable across the UK, will they be able to remain undetected?
With just 48 hours till extraction, Saffron and Bobby take a risk and go solo. Nik and Eva continue to taunt the hunters with a postcard from the Welsh coast but their route to the extraction point is nerve-wracking. Hunter HQ use every trick they have in the final push to catch the celebrities before they are extracted and tensions rise with close calls, a motorway pursuit and a desperate foot race as the competition comes to an adrenaline-fuelled end
The hunters use social media in a sneaky bid to trap YouTube star Saffron Barker, so in their attempt to make it all the way to extraction, she and partner Bobby Seagull bare all. Nik and Eva Speakman head to Brighton for some deep cover at the home of former Coronation Street actor Brian Capron. In County Durham, Katya Jones and Aimee Fuller plan a rendezvous with Katya's former Strictly Come Dancing partner Ed Balls.
Ed and James bait the hunters into a showdown at Taskmaster House while Nik and Eva taunt them with a public appearance in Leicester Square and on the Heart Radio breakfast show. Katya and Aimee head up to Carlisle to reunite with some friends and Saffron and Bobby lay low on the south coast.
James and Ed plot a big surprise for the hunters at Pinewood Studios and Nik and Eva hope a This Morning presenter will help them hide. Katya and Aimee do some extreme sports over in Surrey while Nikesh hides out at the home of a new associate in the Midlands. Saffron and Bobby desperately need a new plan.
Nikesh and Nicola risk an appearance on live TV in the Lake District while Ed and James go undercover in Greater Manchester. Everyone else is laying low in places from north Wales to Surrey and Brighton, but how long can they go out of sight of the hunters?
Comedians James Acaster and Ed Gamble, Strictly dancer Katya Jones, Olympic snowboarder Aimee Fuller, actors Nicola Thorp and Nikesh Patel, mathematician Bobby Seagull, social media star Saffron Barker and TV therapists Nik and Eva Speakman go on the run across mainland UK while an elite team of police and military personnel try to track them down. The hunters being armed with the powers of the state - CCTV and ANPR cameras, drones, dogs, mobile phone tracking and social media publicity campaigns, means the celebrities have to be creative to evade capture. As the competitors escape from Shrewsbury prison and go on the run, the hunters are instantly on their tails, tracking them with CCTV cameras and a helicopter. All in aid of Stand Up To Cancer, James and Ed make a daring move with a six-course tasting menu at a Michelin guide restaurant while Nik and Eva escape on a tandem bike.
